BAREFOOT JERRY is a blues-pop-funky and acid country band. It was created in 1966 by three former members of Bob DYLAN's backing band and adopted that name in 1970. "Watchin' TV" was recorded in 1974, just one year before "You Can't Get Off With Your Shoes On".
