Jean-Christophe ALLIER was the first to introduce Music Assisted by Computers at the Cité des Sciences de la Villette (Paris) in 1988. As a former S.A.E. teacher, he uses his capacities of professional expert in synthesizers and samplers to produce personal compositions in an ambient and Kosmische Musik style. This synthesiser-player located in Nîmes offers a suite of contrasted melodies, full of finesse and nuances. To avoid the traps of the usual electronic album, he develops real melodies, with a rhythmic pattern. Like this, he produces images, sensations, emotions, feelings. He reminds VANGELIS by the beauty and the rhythmical impact of his melodies or rhyhmical and melodists musicians such as CHANGING IMAGES or VANGELIS.
