OSIRYS is a variable line-up from the Lille area (Northern France): actors, a video-director and musicians gathering around the creations of composer-songwriter Jean-Pierre PRUDENT. While recording the first eponymous album of the band, our man was on his own, playing every instrument with much skill. The pieces of this album mean to be oneiric landscapes. These are gates to other worlds, seeds of dreams, stimulants of Imagination. This opus is composed of two great parts, "Un Long Poème D'Hiver" and "Les Portes De L'Ailleurs". The seven sub-parts of the long suite "Les Sept Portes" deserve particular attention: about half an hour of happiness, an experience between relaxation and mind travelling. To be discovered !
