Formed by Peter BANKS and Tony KAYE after they left YES, FLASH performs a powerful and energetic, bright and refined Progressive rock (without keyboards). The music they perform here can evoke the first YES album. They are accompanied by guitarist-bass player Ray BENNETT, drummer Mike HOUGH and CAMEL's future keyboardist Peter BARDENS. Their eponymous album dates back to 1972. The following one, "In The Can", released the same year, was when Tony Kaye left. Now, FLASH performs a rock with less keyboard parts. "Out Of Hands", released in 1973, slightly goes back to their first style.
