This wide line-up created in 1966 by Ivan COAQUETTE (SPACECRAFT), performed an open music, in the form and the content, varying according to the players' freedom. Tapes and electronic devices are added to jazz (Brass), ethnic, rock or classical instruments without of course mentioning natural sounds and vocals. A music which announces the experiments in the Seventies style and instruments. In the early Seventies, there were three MUSICA ELETTRONICA VIVA: one in Rome led by Alvin CURRAN, one in New York with Richard TEITELBAUM, and one in Paris which was organized by the spouses COAQUETTE.
