Z'UKR produces its first eponymic record in 2004, is rather trippy, combining experimental sound textures and flights of psychedelic music. In 2012, "Lame Horses" is recorded on the Musea Parallèle label. Its precise writing evokes modern Progressive rock music but its raw energy is undoubtedly from a power-trio under influences of groups as GODSPEED YOU ! BLACK EMPEROR, MY BLOODY VALNTINE or BASTARD. "Lame Horses" is a wild and free opus, riding boldly on melodic passages, rhythmic perturbations and noisy eruptions. Z'UKR's music ignores predefined styles, it appeals to emotions and contemplation, and takes you by surprise to places you didn't expect. Z'UKR is a musical oddity, to be found in the open rock section.
