D.F.A. (Italie) Work In Progress Live

With a first album called "Duty Free Area" and a second one named "Lavori In Corso", D.F.A. showed to the amazed Progressive rock fans, a modern and complex style that succeeds the remarkable task of being different from the other Italian bands (as good as they can be) that perform the same kind of music. Imagine for example that if you added Alberto PIRAS's voice to it (Big fan from the first days on...), they wouldn't sound very different from DEUS EX-MACHINA !!! Recorded during the NearFest 2000, "Work In Progress Live" is no doubt about it a little less extreme, and then a lot easier to listen to...

Avec le premier album "Duty Free Area", puis un second intitulé "Lavori In Corso", D.F.A. se révéla aux yeux ébahis des amateurs de rock Progressif complexe et actuel, en réussissant la déjà remarquable performance de s'extraire de la masse des (Très bonnes, et surtout nombreuses !) formations transalpines officiant dans ce registre. Imaginez par exemple que, si vous ajoutiez la voix d'Alberto PIRAS (Grand fan depuis les premiers jours...), l'on ne serait plus si éloigné de la référence DEUS EX-MACHINA !!! Enregistré lors du NearFest 2000, "Work In Progress Live" est sans doute un brin moins extrémiste, et donc nettement plus écoutable...
