Led by the German acoustic guitarist-singer Bougui WHEELER, BLUE BALL BAND includes a guitarist, a bass player and some guests (Saxophone, feminine backing vocals...). This band performs a kind of blues-rock-folk, making cover versions of JETHRO TULL's "Locomotive Breath", CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL's "I Put A Spell On You ", an excellent Jimi HENDRIX "All Along The Watchtower", as well as some original titles. The blend of the rough and rasping voice, the flowing and energetic guitar in the style of SANTANA, the percussion played by SWEET SMOKE, which remind of Progressive rock with a touch of blues-rock or Pete BROWN and his energetic blues-rock sounding like Aynsley DUNBAR RETALIATION. A tonic, new and lively Progressive blues-rock with original instrumental combinations (Guitar, saxophone, voice evoking Victor BROX...). A lot of energy and strength.

Ce groupe pratique un blues-rock-folk intéressant, reprenant notamment "Locomotive Breath" de JETHRO TULL, "I Put A Spell On You" de CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL et une superbe version de "All Along The Watchtower" de Jimi HENDRIX, ainsi que des titres originaux. Le mariage de la voix rauque & éraillée à la Victor BROX, de la guitare déliée et fougueuse à la SANTANA et des percussions, rappellent le rock Progressif mâtiné de blues de SWEET SMOKE, Pete BROWN et le blues-rock énergique de Aynsley DUNBAR RETALIATION. Un art-rock blues tonique, rafraîchissant, péchu et aux combinaisons instrumentales originales (Guitare, saxophone...). Beaucoup d'énergie et de puissance.
