FOX HOLE COMMUNE is proud to introduce itself as the one and only duo of Chapman Stick and accordion in Japan. Atsushi KASAI and RUMI develop minimalistic music in classic Rock In Opposition style. It's virtually impossible not to think of Lars HOLLMER here. But the band also its own personality, not to mention a clear nippon touch. The second opus, "Polka-Dot Ribbonfish That Makes A Detour", has been jointly published by the labels Gazul/Musea and Poseidon in the year 2011. Atsushi KASAI et RUMI développent une musique à tendance minimaliste, clairement positionnée dans le domaine du Rock In Opposition. Il semble quasiment inévitable de penser aux travaux de Lars HOLLMER ici. Cependant, la formation sait également affirmer sa propre personnalité, imprégnée de l'héritage culturel nippon de ses musiciens.
